Sudden Impact has been a dedicated printer repair specialist since 1994. Over the years we have built up a skills base that is second to none. This enables us to cover almost all makes of printer including HP, Epson, Canon, Brother, Lexmark, Kyocera and many more. Our fully trained engineers have a combined printer repair experience of over 50 years and we pride ourselves in being HP Laserjet repair Specialists.  We also offer a comprehensive Fuser and Maintenance Kit refurbishment service for a wide variety of printers.

All our refurbished products carry a full 3 month warranty. We charge a set price for our printer repairs (plus major spares). We don't charge by the hour like a lot of companies! In addition, our printer repair charges are “no fix, no fee” so there is no risk to you.  Why pay out for expensive maintenance contracts that you might never need? Our fast turnaround means that you can pay for your repairs as and when they happen. We also offer an advance exchange programme which means that you can have a replacement printer with your customer by 9.00 am the next working day to minimise disruption and downtime.
